This is a 2b2b aparment and I am subleasing one bedroom. Female only. The sublease can start in May or June, 2024, and it goes till August, 2025. (Time can be flexible and we discuss it.) No security deposit is required. Amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, dish washer, microwave, air conditioner, balcony, lots of storage places, big living room, and a TV. There is a security gate with codes for cars coming in and out. There is also a security code for each apartment buidling. The apartment complex offers free parking, a gym, study rooms, game room, printers, lounge, and free shuttle to campus. The office people is nice and maintenance requests are handled very quickly. There is free coffee every day when the office is open, and there are often events with free food. Pet is allowed with a one-time fee of $250. Roomate is from China and is very nice.
