Hi all! I will be student teaching in the spring of 2025 therefore, I will be sub leasing my one bedroom unit. All Utilities are included in your rent. The total rent comes out to 690. There is a 40 dollar cap on electric, therefore if you surpass it, you will be paying slightly extra.In this case, i've never paid more than 10-15 dollars extra. There is a sublease fee of 150 dollars, but I am willing to pay half of it.
