Hello, I am subleasing my room in a all girls 5bed/2bath apartment unit. The rent is $484 a month + utilities and a parking space is available for $85 a month. There is on site laundry. Also, there are a few bus stops nearby. I will be subleasing from May 14th-July 31st, 2024. This is a great place for anyone who is doing research or taking Summer classes on campus!
